♫ On The First Day of Christmas ♫

Yes... I know the Twelve Days of Christmas should not officially begin until December 25th, but I'm starting my Twelve Days on December 13th and ending them on December 24th. ❤

♫ On the first day of Christmas,
My favorite author sent to me:
partridge in a pear tree. ♫
(or a coupon for a free ebook)

That's right. I plan to offer something every day for the next 12 days. Sometimes, it'll be big. Other times, it'll be small. Every single time, it will be gifted from the heart because I'm eternally grateful for the fans and friends who've bought my books ... who've read, rated, and/or reviewed my books... who've supported me through the release of four books (Grave Bound, Left, Underground, Breaking Bread with Family) this year. It has been a roller coaster of emotions, hair-pulling deadlines, and audacious next steps. I have every intention of continuing the momentum all the way through 2014. So far, all signs point toward another 3-4 book release for 2014 (Since Inception, Deep Web, There, & Dark Angels).

As thanks and with complete humility, I'm offering a coupon for a free ebook, Warriors of the Cross (Warrior, #1). It's been re-edited since its original release and the cover was revamped this summer. Take a few hours to introduce (or reintroduce) yourself with Allison, Brody, and Clark. You'll not be disappointed.

Allison La Crosse, beginning a challenging family medicine residency, leaves the protection of her family. With the transfer, her worst nightmares come true. Her closely guarded mystical talents – those which seldom appeared before the move – unleash themselves from her confinement and reveal their presence with very little provocation.

Allison’s most terrifying power is her compulsion to cure the dying with her touch. Given her career, this gift would be valuable if she were not drawn like a magnet to the ailing person's every symptom. Some of which are fatal.

At the hospital and surrounded by life-and-death emergencies, Allison’s inability to manage her impulse turns deadly. When it does, her mentor, Brody, rescues her from her own demise. His resuscitation ignites an exciting and tempestuous bond between them.

Desperate for a cure, they join forces and embark upon a journey to uncover the origins of Allison’s lethal curse. In the midst of their adventure, Allison exposes a secret pursued by many…known by few.

Allison La Crosse

Allison is a brand new resident who is struggling as hard with her abilities as she is with her attraction to Brody. The character trait that makes Allison so unique... so endearing... so amazing is her willingness to risk her own life in order to save others. It's not something most people are willing to do, and that one simple fact speaks volumes as it relates to the person she is deep inside.

Brody Kennedy

The stunningly beautiful Chief Resident. He's instantly enamored with Allison. In some ways, his attraction to her is as magnetic as hers is to him. The difference is that his instincts demand that he protect her from her powers and herself, and that need does not always sit well with Allison.

Clark Ardent

The best friend to end all best friends. Clark is loyal, devoted, and absolutely in love with the oblivious Allison. He has secrets, and they are not ones he's willing to share with Allison until he's forced to do just that. Even then, readers will find themselves pulling for Clark and his unconditional adoration for Allison... his unexpected fealty to Brody... and the bond no one saw coming.

Don't forget to come back every day for more great giveaways (some for you and some you will be able to giveaway to others)!
